The death has occurred at Letterkenny University Hospital of John Joseph (J.J.) Reid, former Donegal County Councillor.

Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by his extended family, neighbors, former colleagues and friends.

Remains reposing at his home on Friday, January 25th, from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. and on Saturday, January 26th, from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.

Funeral leaving his home on Sunday, January 27th, at 10.20 a.m. for Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar at 11 a.m. Interment afterwards in Drumboe Cemetery.
