As we are painfully unable to receive the Lord Jesus’ Body + Blood Sacramentally due to the restrictions in this time of crisis, nevertheless, we can still very much receive the Lord Jesus into our Hearts and Souls Spiritually by inviting him in and desiring his presence. One great way is to unite ourselves spiritually to Jesus by praying the Act of Spiritual Communion Prayer which is below.

My Jesus, I believe that you are present in the most Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things and I desire to receive You into my Soul. Since I cannot now receive You Sacramentally, come at least Spiritually into my heart. I embrace You as if You were already there, and unite myself wholly to You. Never permit me to be separated from You. Amen.
